The cheapest most budget HC viable solo uber-smiter

The only piece of gear that is kinda hard to get here is the Shaftstop. It's absolutely needed to not get 1-shot by physical damage.
A twist here is usage of Conversion, which IMO helps a lot with making the fight less stressful, gives you better opportunities to reset and not get blocked in by minions.

One thing i didn't show here, an optional addon that helps a ton in Furnace of Pain and Matron's den is an amulet with teleport charges. A lot better than a staff, because it's much quicker to swap. You will lose your max res from irathas while using it, but max res are only ciritcal against meph

Finally a Cheap Smiter Build without the use of Annihilus and already acquired Pally +3 Torch, no BS, just cheap items.
Except Shaftstop --> 900+ hours in and I still haven't found it, but I can use Smoke plus that +35% physical negation shield, I think Stormshield is the name --> comes out to be somewhat equal to the combo here (after equipping some charms for extra Elem Res).

Total D2R noob here who just cleared Hell difficulty with hydra/orb sorc and MFing to gear my smiter paly who's still in act 5 Nightmare.

Can you proc fade or battle orders with the item leaving the inventory?

I'm playing HC solo self found - i think my gear is safe enough now and i even got an cta! Am i able to proc battle orders and then switch to the life tap wand and leave the cta flail in my stash bevorw entering the ubers?

What if you try to use gloom RW to trigger dim vision (11 sec duration) on the minions and switch back to shaft in fight?

Steel or Malice gives Open Wounds and that's about as budget as it get. Except you'd need to get CB from some other source; most likely Goblin Toe.
