cammed up b18a1 in a lightened 4th gen hatch does over 135 easy

ive got a b18a1 stock except cams and 3 angle grind in a 91 dx hatch...it weighs 2250 with me in it...i was in 4th floored, shifted to fifth with the cam hand and kept it to the floor and u cand see my non-vtec shift point of 6800 and then the shift and the revs are a little past 6 when the speedo is buried...if you pay attn, you can estimate 135-140 mph...pretty good for a 1000 dollar car!

@954lug things have changed up a but. I got a 2012 civic Si with the 2.4 I-vtec motor in it. There's a video posted on my channel as not me driving it. ;)

There is a sticker on the transmission. It will say what it is there. Also look for an "LS" stamped into it'll help decipher it. Also is it a cable or hydraulic clutch on that. Either way it's very fast man. Nice job.

Nice vid and job man! What transmission do you have in that? My B18a1 goes like hell but tops out at 160kmh. It's a total street sleeper for sure in my 91 wagovan. Just wondering if there's a way to get my top end high like yours. 210kmh takes some balls to do in a 1991 civic.

first off what trans do you have in your car, also what type of car is it, lastly what all do you have done to your engine. I have a 90 integra ls with a b18a1 and an s1 trans and I pull to 145mph in 5th gear, I have a cai, msd blaster, upgraded 66mm tb, dc sport 4-2-1 header and a full apex'i exhaust. Just asking these questions and letting you know what I have so I might be able to help you out.
