You say 1 minute clean and press but why have you got 2’ clean and press, 2’ Goblet squat, 2’ Snatch…what does the 2’ mean?

How many people can do 2 minutes of goblet squats... even with no weight?! So do you want 2 minutes with taking a break every 15 or 20 seconds? This is why I prefer workouts w/ numbered reps: cuts out ambiguity.
