I tried connecting to a 6.5 host with both the 5.5 and 6.0 thick client, but as soon as I try to log in, it prompts me to run or save the installer and I can't get past that. How did you get past that to actually log in?

vSphere hard client does not support v6.5 so this does not work and there is no OVA option in the vSphere 6.5 (Version 6.5.0.20000 Build 8815520) web client, just OVF option. You also will not have the option logging directly into the host via the web client. Hard client will not connect to Host running ESXi v6.5.0 (build 9298722)

Hello, thank you very much for your help tutorials. I have a virtual machine (20gb) installed in a Vmware exsi 6.5 and I tried to export it with the Mozilla Firefox but the download always stops at 7.76gb. When I try to export it with the Vmware vSphere appear an update Save Failed (The required client support file cannot be retrieved fron the server "vssphereclient.vmware.com" error 404) . What do you advise me to export this machine? Best regards
