I truly believe Bollywood men (who are bald in real) should come out of the guilt and accept that their hair is not real, and have either put on a wig or had undergone a transplant.
There's nothing wrong with it but one should gather some courage by speaking openly about it.
Might as well the audience would respect them more.

I personally believe that when female celebs do any facial enhancements, it is more visible compared to when a male celeb does it. For example at 3:11, I didn't notice much of a difference between those two looks of Saif Ali Khan.
