As a retired member of the Brigade System(Sous Chef), I enjoy ALL of your posts... ESPECIALLY the ones focusing on the kitchen staff...My favorite part is when the Chef yells "It'll be ready when it's done!" and "Get the FUCK out of MY kitchen!" Word's I had command my times in my career... Your skits are genuine and true to life...as everyone who has worked the house can attest...Thank you for sharing...😁
