Honestly increase in fees in general sucks as everything else is up. Many of the few increases i fee are nonsense and just a way for them to make more money. Until agents can see what they are paying for example real numbers on the expenses it cost to pay for XYZ then agents can understand what they are paying for. I don’t like the annual fee increase unless they are willing to give more to justify cost.

Hi Malcom, thanks for sharing your videos and insight on Real. I recently saw in one of your videos that real will be integrating mortgage funding options for customers. My questions is, say I refer my buyer client here in Florida to use the real mortgage option can I as a Realtor and licensed MLO here in Florida be able to receive a referral fee?
