Watched the entire video. So refreshing listening to Tamir talk about his vision, reality and Real.

Tamir's Leadership is the cornerstone of REAL's success. I met him in person just after I joined in October 2021 and I was incredibly impressed. His Vision is our Vision and it is crystal clear. One of the most important traits of a Leader is that they walk the walk. We probably will not be the biggest Brokerage in the world because we are looking for Agents who only align with our Vision. There are companies that might have a similar vision, but they can not match our Culture, Opportunity and Technology.

Frankly speaking …. The buyers and sellers get zero ReaL experience. That’s left up to the agents. Rather ReaL need to focus in buyers and sellers. How are they also going to benefit by hiring ReaL agents? You can’t say ReaL brokerage is for the agents. No man. Buyers and Sellers need to have a distinct advantage for hiring Real systems, technologies, the client experience, etc. you can’t leave that up to the agents. It’s like starting a restaurant brand and then letting each restaurant location serve whatever food by whoever the cook is but the brand name remain the same. I mean that’s a disaster.
