Since the crash, I've been in the red. I’m playing the long term game, so I'm not too worried but Jim Cramer mentioned there are still a lot of great opportunities, though stocks has been down a lot. I also heard news of a person that made $250k from about $110k since the crash and I would really look to know how to go about this.

Hey Peter, how about an update now that the Saudi’s aren’t going to renew the Petro Dollar agreement 👍

SA Army is built to protect the regime from it's own people. Most armies in Levant are build like this and this why they are ineffective at facing other armies .

Saudis are so rich they often react to criticism like little children. Plus their wealth enables them to make mistakes and not really worry that they have done so. The China Saudi relationship is going to generate a lot of fun for our future amusements!

Imagine how much better our nation would be, if the news gave such detailed reports.

I remember back in the 1970s I was in Athens and I met a Pakistani fighter pilot who was ferrying Mirage jets to Oman. He was in the Oman Air Force as a mercenary. At that time Oman did not have enough educated people to both run the country and do things like fly jets. They used their educated people to run the country and hired out other Muslims for their Air Force. Probably not that way anymore as they have had over 40 years to educate their people....The Ruler there was very much wanting to invest in the country and its people. He also was a graduate of Sandhurst.

Ok, this makes a lot more sense. Yesterday's cliffhanger left me with the impression that there was a nation that could put their own medium of exchange out there for consideration. But, why do that when you deal in a ubiquitous commodity that's crippling to not have? Got it.

Very interesting; I spent more than four years in Saudi Arabia and I remember around 2013 lots of Chinese men showing up near the military base I worked near. I would talk to them but they were extremely unfriendly and cagey. In fact, when I put two and two together I said you guys are intelligence agents; they became angry and would stomp off. They were, because at this time the USA was in discussions to build data centers linked to the NSA. But, by 2014 that planned died when MBS and his kingly father replaced the previous king.

I worked in Saudi. When I was there, they couldn’t maintain their military equipment without westerners to do most of the work. They are also still tribal so a General from one tribe will take tea with a Corporal from the same tribe but will ignore meeting requests from say a major from a different tribe. The soldiers were pretty crap when I was there. E.g a nurse was shot in a military hospital in Tabuk by an armed assailant and in the emergency department of where I worked a patient slashed the throat of a nurse, luckily missing every major blood vessel and we were working in a military hospital. Oh and don’t ask them to do anything when the call to prayer goes up. I’d say they’re not a force to be reckoned with or relied upon. When I was there we were getting the occasional missile from Yemen.
