I would mention that maybe don't use maximum performance on the global profile, it will waste power and not let your GPU clock down even when games are closed. I liked several of your choices!

GPU energy mode should be set on application level instead of general. You dont want to have your gpu idle on anything but idle clock.

about affinty tool i put them on 1 and 2 for mouse and graphic and on my latency moon the ms is very low

really good OPTIMIZATION boost atleast by 50 fps and more but in fortnite option do not disable pre-dowload streamedAssets this option dowload ur all texture in game and very important if u not its giving u drops in game

hey, I typed the command for the power plan in cmd and have received the success message from the terminal. The problem is the power plan doesnt exist in the choose a power plan menu. Im using windows 11, not windows 10. If you have a fix id appreciate sharing it
