there's something extra chilling about richard allen not being on anyone's radar whatsoever. we theorized with a lot of bad guys who had the potential to do very bad things. but this was a married man with 2 children and no criminal history. it's just extremely sad and scary that he was in plain sight for so long

Well i am pretty sure, they took DNA from the bodies and compared with his, before they say it’s him they already made a lot of search first, they will present it in the court, if they don’t have enough evidence then he won’t be guilty but i am pretty sure they have strong evidence

Richard has a daughter and I wonder how he would feel if someone like him... with evil intentions would kill his daughter the same way he killed those innocent girls? How would he handle the suffering of losing a child? I just feel so sad for Abby and Libby losing their lives to this monster. Rest in peace Abby and Libby! finally the monster is in custody and he will never harm another girl again.

Well that’s absolutely the same man that was in the video on the bridge. They definitely have the right man. For bless them for that video 👼 But the seriousness of what he did is on another level. This man is a potential serial killer. He’s a monster. Whenever the true details are released and we find out exactly how he harmed those babies, it’s going to be even more upsetting. Those babies were so innocent 😢

At one point, LE said that there was no danger in the community, well that was seriously incorrect, the man could have killed tons more people as he was just living free. Right in town, right under everyone's noses.

No Wonder no one could identify the guy. Look at those sketches. Who ever drew them should be fired bc it was no where close, not even overlapping the 2 photos.
And those witnesses? None of those witnesses ever went in that bar/restaurant or CVS ever? A small town & the witnesses never ran across him before or after?
And what about his wife?
Well, Doug Carter was right from day one, he's local. Good Job! They exposed alot of perverted criminals & caught the Guy. He deserves a medal for all that!
