Police Arrest Suspect In Connection To Decades-Old Murders Using DNA From DUI Stop

The Solano County Sheriff’s Office in California has arrested a 76-year-old man in connection with murders in 1980 and 1996 after DNA analysis linked him to the murders. KCRA’s Lee Anne Denyer reports.

So, they are stealing peoples DNA with breathalyzers. Almost like telling the dog to bark and scratch your vehicle so they can search it. What the guy did, he should be punished for. But illegally pulling someone over to get their DNA doesn't sit right with me.
