Thank you Sara for this! I have to tell you that I learned QHHT thanks to you after reading your first book. And I love to do it sooo much. Last week I was listening a podcast with you and my body reacted a lot. And in me room were I sleep instead of TV there is puzzle which I made and the picture is Mona Lisa. I'm looking at her and she looks at me and I have the feeling that we somehow interact. I just had to write you about this. There is much more going on that we know. And I have this desire to uncover it all.

I happened upon this video "randomly" (smirk) and I am GOBSMACKED at how much this woman (in trance) SOUNDS LIKE ME! (her voice). The vocal inflections, the tone, the sing-songy way she describes things, her pauses... I mean WOW. It is like listening to MYSELF.
I don't relate to a lot of what she spoke of PERSONALLY but I do spiritually and I can "see" all of these things she is describing.... I'm only 1/2 way through but her description of "having bodies stored" to go in and out of struck a weird chord in me but I don't understand it. Gonna keep listening!

I did a meditation last night and what came through was that i turned off my emotions to protect my heart and i should fall in love again even if i get hurt because when i feel i live life. I get it now. Thank you ❤
