Chao Shou is the method I was taught when making wonton soup. I gotta make wontons again, they’re so convenient, and I love freezing them for recipes later

Omg in Poland we also wrap our dumplings the second way!! We eat them in beetroot stock, mostly on christmas eve. It's so cool to see similarities in such different cultures :D
