With most suspension designed around 160-190 lb riders, it is important to get away from a standard setup and really understand how to get the bike to perform.

Thanks for your two video for light weight riders. I'm 108lb female and your information helped a lot. I've taken two tokens out of forks and am now resetting pressures so its reassuring to watch the process you went through. I came up with around 30 to 33 psi for forks and was worried about going that low.
