More Ukraine fighters surrender in Mariupol, Russia says

Russia said that nearly 700 more Ukrainian fighters had surrendered in Mariupol, although commanders are still holed up in tunnels beneath the giant Azovstal steelworks, a pro-Russian separatist leader said.
