Hillary Metz, Complementary Health Practitioner. The Sanctuary at Sedona.
Hillary has been on staff with The Sanctuary since 2016. Two of those years were spent living on campus. She has been studying and practicing energy medicine since 2008 and is a graduate of the Four Winds Society Light Body School. She is also an Associate Certified Coach and is certified through the International Coaching Federation.
Hillary is passionate about healing and transmuting painful feelings and memories into wisdom and co-creating action steps with her clients to move them toward a rich, meaningful life upon returning home. She is also passionate about after-care coaching to support clients in deepening the work they did at The Sanctuary. This passion was sparked by Hillary’s journey through her own dark night of the soul. A journey that has taught her to find beauty in even the most unlikely of places.
