The Floating Menu on BM Landing Pages

I've been critical of a few landing page omissions on those experiences I've recently critiqued, and this video discusses just two basic features that will improve conversions.
The primary purpose of the video is to introduce and discuss the landing page header and footer - notably the floating 'navigation' bar at the top and bottom of the page. It's a landing function that is easily implemented but is also often ignored.
The page in the video is in no way functional. The final version of this page will include a number of funky elements, relevant text and disclaimers, appropriate iconography points, and so on. Again, the purpose was to look at just the floating header and footer feature. It's *not* a tutorial.
I tend to waffle on a bit, but there's likely a few takeaways.
