Heya Phil-I have really enjoyed your practical/budget behind the scenes rig setups. I run (White) LP-6s on those same stands from Sweetwater. I would recommend you look at the foam Auralex Isolation Pads to go underneath your Kali's. They Isolate the base response, but they also kind of stick the Monitors more steadily in place. The auralex are also angled wedges that you can use to tilt the Kali's more towards your ears when you fly them higher in the room. Finally, they weren't too spendy. Thanks again, Phil.

I use emulation software into my studio monitors, with 2 different preset for a strat and 335. I live in an apartment, so with some tweaking I can get a full sound at lower volume with lots of headroom for effects. Also cab IR's makes the biggest difference, so you dont want to skip over this step, if you thinking about going this route.
