If i rememb3r correctly the sombra line comes from the wrath of the bride mode, near the end segment on harder difficulties im P sure shock tires will spawns

Sombra's is used during the "Wrath of the Bride" event, and Inarius Pharah's was used in the Trials of Sanctuary event from season 7
