Great video. My wife and I currently work modest jobs and have 2 kids. We're both 33 and plan to retire by 40. We generate additional income from:
-real estate: 1 legal duplex, 1 condo, house-hacking a basement apartment
-solar panels: government renewable energy contract
-stock market: dividend stocks and ETFs
-syndicated mortgages / private REIT

I was your age 30 years ago. I was always interested in the FI but not the RE. Back then I had no plan too. I had fairly low income but I was a lower spender and a high saver. I am now still not spending much but living a comfortable life. Your tips are spot on.
