In all honesty, the Introvert trait along with the Isolated perk means you do a ridiculous amount of damage on your own. Its perfect for a lone wolf playthrough.

You should DEFINITELY keep the Kid Stuff trait after getting the pistol. The gifts from them get even better and they are pretty awesome.

The wanted trait is kind of a role play aspect but it's also good for some easy credits every now and then bc you can take their ship after they attack you. Especially easy on planets. Little more tricky in space.

There is no wrong choice. People pick what you want play how you want.

I don’t think I want my parents there.
“Why do you keep going around the galaxy? Why don’t you find a nice girl? Are our grandchildren out there in the galaxy?”

Kid stuff gives you a bunch more presents, not just the backpack and pistol. I won't spoil it for anyone but some of them are pretty damn good.

it seems like a lot of them are able to be removed if u regret it but that also means you cant get any 3rd one again i picked wanted and later on met a bounty hunter chick who could remove the trait by paying her a certain amount so i did and it didnt give me another trait or anything so i reloaded a save since the people that hunt you down are basically free ship parts/loot

I was gifted a whole ship after my father "won" it somewhere. So it is definitely worth keeping them

That house is nice. Reminds me of my Playstation Home crib. These traits are tough to choose from. I chose kid stuff, bounty and a faction affiliation that i forgot already.

There is a hidden room in starting area before reaching for the first artifact. Jump down to the right and mine some small rocks in the wall to reveal a room with 3 Europium ores

I have the Wanted trait on my character. I was out at the planet and area where you have the constellation office and lodge. Was out about a 200 meters or so out from the lodge just cataloging some fauna with scanning when totally out of the blue like a surprise sneak roll up Bounty Hunters appeared. They offered to negotiate for 2000 credits. Wasn’t having it. Three others were in hiding besides the one doing the talking. Good thing was still in tactical gear for the sneak up. It was a firefight for sure. They both looked and seemed a little tougher than regular pirates. With the RNG picked up a nice blue spacesuit out of it and a nice sum of credits. But now I know being Wanted mean Bounty Hunters can come sneaking up on you randomly at anytime. And I just roll with it in a bit of roll play.

Alien DNA is one of my must haves. Healing items don't mean much to me, if I need a med-pack I'll accept whatever healing it gives me in combat, but out of combat, just a 1 hr rest at any bench/bed will restore HP to full so .. yeah. Now I'm just having a tough time filling in my other 2 slots. I really like the idea of Taskmaster (since credits aren't really a problem, and a chance for free repairs is ALSO nice) lol But man.. Kid Stuff does give nice stuff (the pistole and the... later item) or Wanted could end up getting you a lot of XP and loot... and ships.. probably the best one there. Hero Worshipped seems really fun though XD

I honestly dont think they made the hero worshipped trait annoying enough lol. Made it a whole playthrough with him as my sidekick and he didnt really bother me too much.

He also ironically has a pretty great carry weight

If this was in mass effect trilogy the fan vern Conner will be useful to recuit him to the Normandy 2
