Carolyn, I'm so glad to see this video, we had Silva sausage last yr at a hotel breakfast, I asked @ the hotel what brand of sausage it was Silva, I checked the website but none of the stores listed in my area(Pasadena) carried the sausage.I think you said you are in LA, PLEASE tell me what store you found these sausages in the LA area, I will drive there! THANKS!

Mise En Place Game Strong! And so much info with the voiceover. And Silva is awesome. Their Linguiça is delicious. I like plain hot links, too, but sometimes I add jalapeño sauce to kick up the heat even more. I fry/grill mine in an oily skillet. Super Char effect! :)

I am a brand new subbie and had to check out your potato salad. I got a request from my hubby for it last night even though it's winter here in New Zealand. ( I am from the US and my seasons keep staying switched).  Surprisingly yours is very similar to mine! I love your presentation and look forward to watching many more videos.  I am bored with my own cooking. I can almost smell the hot links, and your potato salad looks amazing!  Where I come from, potato salad without boiled egg in it is almost a sacrilege.  I'm definitely going to be making that for the 4th.  Sadly, I don't think I'll be able to find the Silva hot links in my area (Bloomington, IL) so I'll have to try to think of a substitute.
