The Bernoulli distribution is a special case of the binomial distribution where a single trial is conducted (so n would be 1 for such a binomial distribution). It is also a special case of the two-point distribution, for which the possible outcomes need not be 0 and 1.

median = 0, if q>p
median = 0.5, if q=p
median = 1, if q<p

Sir,
1. if p>0.5 then p is the median or else 'q' will be the median.
2. If p>q, 'p' will be the mode or else 'q' will be the mode.

Thanks Krish this helped me finally understand Bernoulli's distribution. Word of advise to anyone who is reading this, just take Bernoulli's distribution like it is not a distribution like when you draw a histogram with matplotlib on continuous data. See it as a tool to calculating probability of success of failure in one event
