Here are 8 fun activities to do with your preschooler to teach them to regulate their emotions and self-control. Social Emotional Learning and self regulation are so important for our toddlers: we should teach them to articulate their emotions and their needs, and positive coping mechanisms so that they can slowly start managing their own emotions. This video is part of my preschool curriculum series and the activities are fully compatible with homeschooling.
