It doesnt say anything about claiming or an agreement. it just tells me "the ammount you paid for this item, which is the ammount of _ robux, was credited to your account. Please help anyone, because i havent gotten ANY ROBUX and i dont know how to claim the credit or whatever its talking about. Very confused.

i bought the item for 80 robux but when I got the message after it was deleted it says "you purchased an avatar clothing item that can no longer be worn by your avatar. The amount you paid for this item, which is the amount of 0 Robux, was credited to your account. We apologise for any inconvenience"

No, do not accept it. The agreement says that you won't get any further refunds for accessories that clearly violate ToS. Furthermore, it makes it easier for your account to be terminated for any sort of violation of ToS.
