I’ve been looking at my own business and how it has progressed over the last four years, looking at where I was back then, where I am now, what I have now and where I want to be/have in the future. To reach our goals, it is important to be strategic and set targets in our business plan. It’s also important to line these targets up with financial investment to make sure we get there and also to ensure that look at what type of return we want from this investment. In the future we can then look back and measure the return on investment against the targets we set.

Everyone has their own goals, in both business and in life. We need to ensure that we stay on track and keep on striving forward to grow and succeed. This blog looks at setting targets to help you achieve those big, hairy, audacious goals and to also achieve the lifestyle that you want, whilst running a business that you love.
