If you are the server admin of your Minecraft Server you will need to upgrade your servers specifications (specs) as they are no longer sufficient enough to host your Minecraft Server.

If you are just a guest of the server you want to join and don't have server back-end privileges then you can advise the admin of the server that he/she may need to upgrade their server to compensate for the servers requirements or for the new and current requirements after a rise in player numbers.

everyone i got the fix! Go to the internet and install the latest version of java. Your java is outdated, and that is why it says "java interception"

I made my own Minecraft modded server for 1.12.2 with about 100 mods, i have a really high end PC (RTX 2080 ti, i9900k, and 32 gigs of ram), i've allocated about 31 gigs since i'm at 70% usage when i have both the server and minecraft running. whenever i join, it gives me this error and crashes sometimes, other times it just lets me join the game, but CMD already says i left the game, even though i'm still in - a second later it kicks me out. it was using a lot of CPU before so i added nogui to my bat file, and my CPU usage was reduced a lot but i still have this error. Please help!

Forgot to add, this only happens on my Modded server, not my vanilla one!

Ok so I am trying to join my friends server and it says Connection Lost Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. I have done everything to fix it and it still doesn't work. I added Java and Forge and all of the mods i needed. I also uninstalled everything then re installed it. Nothing is helping. Please help!
