When I enabled the debug mode all the Gaster follower appeared in their respective locations.
What's weird is that when I went to talk to Goner Kid he/she said "Yo! You are a ??? too right?" instead oh his/her usual line.

I changed the value into 01.
nothing happened.
the game run as normal.
no fps counter.
none of the commands works.

Tip:you can get your undertale folder by right-clicking on undertale folder and then clicking open file location.

When i tried it the name changed to "Made with gamemaker: studios". And my game wouldent even open. I tried both codes and still noting happend i did what you said i put in the code changed the 2 digits into 01 and i couldent boot up the game
