✵✵✵✵✵What is EARTHSHINE?
The EARTH lights up the MOON? (Astronomy)
Have you ever looked up at night to see a crescent moon, and noticed the rest of the moon's surface is dimly lit? This is due to Earthshine!

The concept of Earthshine has more far-reaching implications. Astronomers can study the albedo (reflectivity) of surfaces here on Earth, and use it to estimate conditions on far-away planets outside of our own Solar System.

You can jump to chapters in the video here:

If I was orbiting something as beautiful as the Earth I would keep my face towards it all the time too :-)

Awesome! You're back with more videos! I recently moved from community college to the university, and I'm finding my science classes overwhelming (I'm a bio major), and I hope I pass all of them.

There's a great episode of the 1990s "Outer Limits" TV show where a guy notices the moon is ultra bright and he realises the Sun has gone Nova and the opposite side of the Earth is being roasted as it turns.

Can you guys do videos taking similar questions to what Artifexian did? I know a whole subreddit and discord group that would love watching it.

You already spoke of the several types of stars so I guess it is pretty much the next step for you guys.
