Here for the yellow jacket fall looks!! Also, I think it might be the type of rice making it tough. I believe Emily Mariko is using Japanese sticky rice which is softer and fluffier than loose, long-grained rice! It also helps when you're making the seaweed rolls because the stickiness gives it more structure.

I think the appeal is how simple is it to throw together for non-vegans, but for you the prep time isn’t worth the outcome! But thank you for always exploring the endless possibilities of veganism :o)

seeing emily's videos has been so refreshing to see someone show a healthy relationship with food. she has inspired me to prep my food which has helped my relationship with food. it seems kinda lame but her videos have helped me a lot

For leftover rice I always put 2 to 3 cups in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of water and cover fully with a very wet paper towel and microwave until hot, stirring once or twice. I've tried so many ways and this one always works for me. Sometimes I have to add more water, depending on the amount of rice
