Honestly, one of the big reasons why I never got married. Some guy bought that thing when it was likely in poor condition. Spent several thousands of dollars to get it to such a magnificent state.... Then his wife gets it in the divorce. Likely because she knew how much it meant to him, and decided to be spiteful.
