Honestly everyone can benefit from taking a basic CPR class at least once in their life. I was a waterpark lifeguard back in 2001 and learned infant an adult CPR there. In 2015 I was with a friend who had a 1 year old that started choking. I was able to help her even though it had been 15 years since I took that class
