First of All, great video. However, it is interesting that I am surprise people still using this food grater and there is not a better design with it. The reason why I said this is that the sharp grate surface easily can injury users' hands while press vegetables. I used to scratch my finger a couple time then I stopped using it. I think there definitely a better way to avoid injuring users. Hope some designer can fix it in the future.

Whats the software you are using for 3D modeling ?

In my opinion, its vertical shape mainly comes from the grating distance. To grate more in one try, we need a more vertical distance. Otherwise, it would be more tiring and less ergonomic.
