Jess McFadyen and Alex Kalinauckas are back with more Driver Ratings, this time from the 2020 Hungarian GP!

Those ratings are so inaccurate. Vettel deserves a 9 at least he saved the day with the medium call and leclerc finishing out of the points is just one point behind him? Makes no sense.

So Kimi has a penalty and still goes from p20 to p15 in probably the worst car gets a 6...
Gio does nothing the whole race and finishes 21s behind kimi, gets a 7...

Sorry, but if you give Albon a 6 how can you give Leclerc a 7? I'd say Albon had a better weekend than Leclerc.

I think they should just stop this series. You could literally pick a random number for each driver and they’d be just as accurate.

Alex, the Haas drivers weren’t penalised for switching to slicks on the formation lap that’s legal. It was because the race engineers directly told them too which is against the rules during the formation lap.

An odd rule none the less

Perez great quali, finishes 3 places behind, gets a 5.
Leclerc was also beat by his teammate, lost in the race as well despite an abysmal pit stop for Vettel, lost 5 positions to his grid start, gets a 7?

What? Kimi was over 21 SECONDS ahead of Giovinazzi this race and ahead after the first corner anyways.
What a ridiculous rating. These guys are clowns.
The "error" Kimi made didn't even matter in the end, the car was just awful.

Leclerc better learn fast from Vettel. You can´t trust Ferrari with anything you always have to double check their calls.

This Alex guy is a chump! And Max brown noser! Alex gets knocked HUGE for not qualifying into Q3 But MAX doesn't get knocked for qualifying in 7th?! In the 2nd best car according to Alex. AND only knocked 1 point for binning it before the race?! Wow.! GTFOH

Agree with his Magnussen rating. Kmag is hugely underrated, and fighting off Stroll for a good while and ending up P9 when almost the entire grid is quicker than you is a drive and a half. 👏
