It's probably easier to raise children when the people around you are going through the same stuff. If everyone in your tribe/neighborhood/social circle knows how to take care of children, it makes it easier to find babysitters, swap advice, trade hand-me-downs, etc.

Post industrialisation kids cost money and are expensive. So adults can’t afford to bring more children up, even if they wanted to.
People were living longer and having less children so the population still rose. Now the generations are getting older that all ends, and populations are declining.

One yr later she had her First Baby.. Her Best Friend also was Pregnant at the same time!

Not having kids is cheaper and i dont want them. On the other hand, its hard to get dates for me so i dont have a GF to even consider having kids with and im 28. Multiple friends of mine have kids now.
