Just days after Johnson took a cheap shot at Pres. Joe Biden on Fox News for Biden’s supposed over-reliance on teleprompters, the MAGA speaker of the House had to cut his RNC remarks short after his teleprompter malfunctioned — and Johnson froze rather than continue speaking off the cuff.
