32 Principles For Unlocking Inner Peace And Unleashing Confidence | Rener Gracie

Rener Gracie is a third generation Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu master of the legendary Gracie Family. As CEO and Head Instructor at Gracie University, a global enterprise headquartered in Southern California, Rener designs self-defense programs for everyone from bullied children and sexual assault survivors to U.S. Navy SEALs and law enforcement officers.

In his new book, “The 32 Principles: Harnessing the Power of Jiu-Jitsu to Succeed in Business, Relationships and Life,” Rener teaches how the principles of the art can be used to optimize personal and professional outcomes, even for those who’ve never practiced martial arts.

Proud to say Rener is my instructor and I’m so excited to see him on the show and doing amazing things. If you haven’t started Jiu-Jitsu yet, you are missing out and really need to start asap. 🙏🙏

My son studies in West LA under one of Rener’s black belts. I’ve seen the phenomenal training and changes in him over the past 3 years - amazing to finally understand the underlying concepts. I’m 56 but now I want to start too! ❤🙌

No martial art can match Muay Thai guys...there is no joke unless you will broke your bone with knee, strong shine kicks and elbow. The fight is practical and brutal in real life scenario with Muay thai.

Jiu-jitsu is applicable for base ball bat, knife, gun, bottles etc real life attacks but Krav Maga is effective to such attacks.

If Jiu-jitsu is so great how come most of the UFC, Bellator and PFL champions didn't start out in Jiu-jitsu but started out In American Folkstyle wrestling?🤔

Does wrestling and nogi give you the same mindset?😅

although gracie jiujitsu is shite... Renner is a very good jiujitsu martial artist and jiujitsu is a great martial arts to learn... but overall the martial art has evolved massively and gracie bjj isn't very good overall.. its still great to learn for self defense purposes but its only good for that and that alone..

Everything mentioned in this interview you can apply to life. "You can be in the worse case scenario and still win". Thank you for such an enlightening interview. Your interviews literally feed my mind, body and soul and I'm grateful for the ability to access your channel and others you've interviewed. Please keep it up.
