You need a clipboard for your grocery list my dear. It’ll stand up nicely in the grocery cart seat and it’ll be easier for you to cross things off. Attach a pen with a piece of pretty ribbon. 😊

Before taking aspirin daily for chronic migraines… try sleeping more, not eating sugar/processed BS, not drinking a gallon of coffee a day, less blue light.. exercise .. ? Just a thought.
