200 ml almond milk, 40 grams strawberries, 45 g blueberries, 40 g raspberries, 1.5 g basil, 1-2 mint leaves, blend, pour and drink. I love the videos where u do the grocery hauls, thanks for sharing cheers x

I can’t even wrap my head around the amount of time spent shopping each week. We only have a family of four and I cannot imagine leisurely shopping like this so often. Let alone all the prep and cleaning for meals and everything else it takes to run a household.

Frozen berries, a banana, 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt, 2 teaspoon soaked chia seeds, quarter cup skimmed milk. You can use any frozen fruit or fresh but i always use the banana, yoghurt milk and chia seeds, you can use flax seeds aswell

Spring is good for headaches as it is a blood thinner. I suffer from chronic migraines due to genetic condition and when all else fails, spring is an option. you can also try an ice pack on your feet because the blood is in your head feeding the migraine/ headache and the blood will have to go to other end of body to warn get, leaving head, leaving headache. From personal experience on multiple occasions, the ice pack trick works.

Chocolate Cherry smoothie

INGREDIENTS

2 cups frozen cherries

1 cup  almond milk (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (cocoa powder is ok too)

 1 teaspoon honey

1cup vanilla/plain yogurt

1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) or 2 tablespoons almond butter

This is my kids favorite

*Add Hemp seeds and hemp protein to any smoothie*
Hemp is soo good for your body/health!
Or if you can get a mix of Flaxseed, hempseed, chia ❤️👌

My goto breakfast smoothie is definitely (2 servings):
4 tbs Greek yogurt
Handful of frozen blueberries
Handful of frozen mango
Handful of frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
2 handfuls of spinach
1 tbs of peanut butter
Handful of oats
Applejuice to right consistency

Homemade sauce 2-4 cans crushed tomatoes 2_4 cans whole tomatoes 2 cans paste water from cans paste cooked in a crock pot add sugar about 1-2 TBL spoons, bay leaf two, Italian seasoning parsley cooke low and slow
