Terre Haute was epic. Logan Seavey is a major talent forcing Pursley to overdrive his car. It was very much like a sprint car race. Dietz did an incredible job starting 20 to 6th! Ricky Thornton Jr showed quite well IMO, outstanding. Silver Crown is a "best kept secret" series.

With nascar being so bad, sprint cars should be able to fill the Sunday void. I always enjoy my Sunday nights watching the Husets show.

terre haute? I was there there was a lot of attrition, it was a very good day as far as talking to the drivers for me though, got to meet rtj finaly also, was excited when concord american cars were doing well, kind of a brady bacon fan, but will cheer on several though, espcially the guys and girls from indiana, found out cj leary and kristy will have their wedding on my dads birthday also, and got to chat with kody swansons wife, as well as kaylee bryson, and many others, got real dusty though due to the sun and wind, it was a nice temp though, also your right the cars were right on the wall running, was glad persly was able to continue though, and kody swanson please remember he is in a new dirt car so there will be a bit of adjustment, Justin grant did well considering and made up a good amount of distance, and seevey well you can never count him out hes always like a cat and knows when to pounce and has good equiptment and a good grasp on wheeling the car.

as I said though a lot of cars had mechanical problems and not all 33 that were signed on showed up, but was still a fairly fun and unpredicatable night, and was glade no catastrophic accidents happened.

Not surprised that TSR part ways with Ford. Tony’s other team is running Mopar / Direct Connection.

Tony just said talking to Chaz that they are still involved in the Ford program just can't be the guinea pig on a national tour and they don't have enough parts and would be out of motors by Knoxville nationals. They are still willing to go test any time Ford needs and he said they are using Kistler currently and some motors from Donny's nieces program.

One thing that hasn’t been mentioned was how long both shows took to run, 6 hrs both nights and having three series running on the same night had a lot to do with that promoters continue to think they half to pack the pits in ( had 60 sprint cars both nights) and adding those other series in didn’t help the track one bit it made it take rubber before half way, promoters run your show quicker and you may see the stands more full then what they were

Terra Haute was one of the areas that got hit with a tornado and tons of rain. I assumed that is why the track got so wide. The racing itself was excellent. If the was Knoxville or Eldora it would of tore up some cars.

Pevely was good racing. On Saturday night it seems like the LCS took longer to run than the feature. A lot going on there. Great show!
