Andrews has a point but what about Coyle's harassment on Claire? All he got was a slap on the wrist(if he even did) while Claire's "justice" is not working with him anymore... and Jared gets fired over a 1 time offense while Coyle freely roams to keep doing his shit. Racism here isn't reaching at all. Jared isn't completely wrong or losing any integrity. If anything Andrews is for letting Coyle walk with no punishment on his harassment towards Claire and choosing to fire Jared on assault. Apparently he'll tolerate harassment but not physical assault. To me they're both unprofessional and worthy of the same punishment. Coyle should've been fired too.

Regardless of what that case was or wasn't, Jared crossed the line by misrepresenting it and using it as leverage. As for his termination, the reality is that workplace violence is both a fireable and arrestable offence. If you give someone another chance after they physically attack a coworker, you can make others think they can get away with it. That's probably why Dr. Andrews wouldn't reinstate Jared, and what Jared should have considered before doing something that cost him his bosses and colleagues' respect.

What Jared did is justified no shame on it if the hospital did not fire some guys for the same thing they opened the door for others too.
Jared saw a chance and used it it's on the hospital
Coyle they didn't touch him what he did is not an assault at all?
If you didn't fire him at least you should not fire Jared too at least I would do the same thing I will play every card possible for my job
