My master is noob, he shows 1 or 2 kicks n class over😢. I would rather watch Master Alex videos n learn everything😊

I'm black belt in WTF and i think nice to see another TKD styles to learn and compare techniques... i realized ITF round kick is more opened than WTF... it's more directly without rising the knee before... the power and speed comes from the hips since the kick start... WTF we must rise up the knee and just rotate the hip and back foot after that.
