I’ve been specializing with python over the last 7 years, while also having strong fundamentals of CS and low level programming in C and C++. It’s been great, lots of things to do and it’s a blast!

I love the language but I recommend putting effort in to learning the core fundamentals, it enables you to become very efficient in leveraging the language to its fullest.

Right on time Uncle Stef! I'm actually learning Python right now... I got a tip from a little birdy that I need to learn Python so that I can make myself an attractive hire for Cloud Computing DevOps type roles after learning/passing AWS and Azure Certs... The python course I'm going through is setting me on fire in the best way possible. The syntax is so clean that I'm thinking in code like a computer actually thinks. I've known how to code for a while now, but this is completely different. I'm learning to problem solve with code, as opposed to being able to "work with the codebase, " which is the focus of other languages/tech IMHO... To put things another way, I can code in a straightforward way to create an outcome just like I can use CSS to create a specific look. It's a complete frameshift in thinking.

I personally checked the Python job in Phoenix, Az , that's where I live for right now. You were right on the money, some of these leads on the Y.T. aren't always reliable, false leads, you see folks, Stefan is one of the best. Now, if only I knew Python, I do know HTML5, CSS and studying Javascript. Boy! do I need a job! Thks for the leads 😊😊
