That is the 3.5 quart braiser / buffet casserole. The color is either Marseille or Cobalt.

I have the 5 qt, This looks like the 3 qt Braiser. The 5 you could but several pieces of fish in at once.

Isn't it dangerous to eat fish that is barely cooked like this? I have seen videos on youtube of customers poking at a poached fish in restaurant and discovering a TAPEWORM in the flesh of the fish. If you were to eat that it would cost you thousands in hospital bills to get rid of that parasite. For this reason I won't eat seafood unless it is cooked well.
