Ραγδαίες εξελίξεις έχουμε στη Λιβύη, όσον αφορά την παραγωγή πετρελαίου, η οποία την περασμένη εβδομάδα είχε σχεδόν μηδενιστεί, πέφτοντας στα 100.000 βαρέλια την ημέρα, από 1.200.000, που είναι ο κανονικός ημερήσιος ρυθμός, καθώς ο Λίβυος υπουργός πετρελαίου, Mohamed Oun, μιλώντας στα πρακτορεία ειδήσεων Reuters και Bloomberg, είπε ότι η ημερήσια παραγωγή αυξήθηκε στα 700-800.000 βαρέλια, δίνοντας κατά αυτόν τον τρόπο, μία μικρή ανάσα, στην παγκόσμια αγορά αργού πετρελαίου, και κυρίως στις χώρες της ΕΕ, η οποία λόγω των κυρώσεων που έχει επιβάλει στη Ρωσία, δυσκολεύεται πλέον να προμηθευτεί φυσικό αέριο, και έτσι έχει αρχίσει να στρέφεται και πάλι, σε άλλες μορφές ενέργειας.
Πάντως όπως αναφέρει το Reuters, o υπουργός δεν διευκρίνισε για το πως και το πότε, έγινε αυτή η αύξηση στην παραγωγή, ενώ το Bloomberg γράφει, πως σύμφωνα με δυο άτομα που έχουν γνώση της κατάστασης, αυτή οφείλεται στο κοίτασμα στην Sharara και στο κοίτασμα Sarir, που άρχισαν να παράγουν περισσότερο.
Όπως και να έχει, αποτελεί μία ραγδαία εξέλιξη, στον ενεργειακό πόλεμο, που έχει ξεκινήσει ανάμεσα στη Δύση και στη Ρωσία, και που ίσως η Αμερικανική πλευρά, συμμετείχε πιέζοντας, ώστε να ξανανοίξουν τα κοιτάσματα, που τελούν υπό καθεστώς lock down θα λέγαμε, λόγω της πολιτικής κατάστασης στη Λιβύη, όπου Μπασάγκα και Ντμπεϊμπά, κονταροχτυπιούνται για την εξουσία.

In any case, it is a rapid development, in the energy war, which has started between the West and Russia, and in which perhaps the US side, participated by pushing to reopen the fields, which are under lock down status we would say, due to the political situation in Libya, where Bashaga and Dbeibah, are fighting for power.
