In the final round of The Genesis Invitational 2025, Ludvig Åberg shoots a 6-under 66 to get to 12-under overall to win his second PGA TOUR title by one shot over Maverick McNealy.

The West Coast Swing concludes at The Genesis Invitational. However, this year, out of respect for the victims of the recent wildfires in the Greater Los Angeles Area in January, the South Course at Torrey Pines Golf Course serves as the temporary stage for the third Signature Event of the season, which hosted The Farmer’s Insurance Open a few weeks ago. Japan’s Hideki Matsuyama returns to defend his title from 2024 where he stormed back Sunday with a 9-under 62 after starting six shots off the lead. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will be competing, along with Rory McIlroy, who is coming off his win at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Other big names playing include Collin Morikawa, Wyndham Clark and Sweden’s Ludvig Åberg.

Ludvig is my favourite player to watch. He just seems to get on with it, no messing. Over the ball, 2 looks at the target then whack! Such a flush of the ball. Hoping for him do well in the majors this year.

I've been thrilled by this player since the first time I saw him. Love his swing, pure, precise and simple. As the man it seems. Go Aberg !

Man, what a swing and he's also a quick golfer. What's not to like?

Incredible. How fun for the swedes. It's been a while since Stenson competed at the top. Stong putting game and heroic saves, reminds me of Tiger for sure.

Finaly a course that is a little more difficult that makes the tournament so much more exciting and constantly changing in leaderboard. PGA should really make the coures much harder, so there is more pressure on players, more effort, more dedication on players. Im 100% sure golf could be a real sport.

Best part is the smile after the missed put on 17. He’s just there for the game not the trophies 🏆 awesome golfer!

That was a phenomenal drive and approach at the last. The lag put and put wasn’t bad either!
