Orkz actually like humans quite a bit considering we're the ones fighting them most of the time, and we're the only sentient species in the entire galaxy to go balls to the wall in terms of fighting them. Not many species are able to resolve themself and go "If I'm dying, I'm killing as many of you as possible."

Eldar use intricate tactics and dance across the battlefield, while Tau use mainly long ranged weaponry, neither of which are things that the Orkz like.

Necrons just use stupidly OP weaponry, don't really die, have no emotions, and aren't gonna do some noble last stand, so the Orkz don't really like them.

Most Orkz don't like Chaos because they think they "cheat, " and most simply don't even believe in the Chaos Gods at all.

The Orkz may like fighting the Tyranids, but that's not because the Tyranids are doing it because they are choosing to do so, they are doing it because the hive mind ordered them to.

They think humans are stupid for building stuff because we're really good at fighting, which is also a factor as to why they believe the Emperor is a God of War. We control the most territory, give them the biggest fights, and give them the best fights. You won't be seeing Eldar or Tau doing a last stand like the one at Helsreach. We fight them in melee, with tanks, speed bikes, space marines, titans, and so much more.

In Brutal Kunnin', the main character uses a grot as a stand-in human when figuring out how they'll act. So he asks the grot what he would do in a situation, and then assumes that humans act the same. Worst part is, it actually works.

I remember seeing a story where the orks actually DID read at one point, but the war boss got depressed from learning a whole lot and offed himself, after that all the orks in the warband stopped reading because of that
