If you follow professional billiards, chances are you know the name Efren Reyes. He was born in the Philippines, but came to America in 1984 to test his skills out against the best American pool players only to find himself carving through all challengers. Over the years, Efren has emerged as the greatest all-around player of all time, but he also picked up a repertoire of trickshots he uses in billiards demonstrations all over the world.

The track used in the video is 'Rest' by Otis McDonald

Efren is a national treasure. Someone who has maintained humility in spite of global success. His talent is the split second analysis of the table to make an impossible shot.

the only difference is.. Efren does this shots on his Major Competitions, like Big Money is on stake .. you need to have balls of steel to do that

Some of his famous trick shots are done in a tournament. And pool house. In a regular play and during normal weather. He's an ordinary man with extraordinary tales. He's a living legend, indeed.

Efren does most of those trick shots in an actual tournament without setting it up. He really is the magician.

Filipino here. Watch Efren Reyes a lot especially from his movie here. He’s pretty famous for his trick shots in Pool shooting. I even saw him do it live TV doing these tricks and it was amazing. Haven’t seen anymore trick shots anymore but my memories of Efren Reyes will never fade from my memories

9:00 To add further difficulty to the 5th shot, I'm fairly certain this was a game of one pocket. Not just making this crazy bank shot but sending the cue ball where he did... impeccable control.

One time Joe Rogan was talking about Efren and for some reason that made me happy lol. I am very proud of Efren and really regard him as the GOAT not only because of his legendary skills but also his legendary humility.
