How to sum by month

Values between two dates can be added using SUMIFS formula. This video shows a more dynamic approach combining EOMONTH and SUMIFS functions.

in my formula starting date 01 is not counting, why? i want a solution.

Hi, I don't know if you'll see this comment, but I wanted to ask if I can do the same, but get the values from inside a table column. I tried this approach by selecting the rows in my column and doing basically the same thing, but the formula only returns weird dates like 12.Jan.1904. I checked if everything is formatted correctly but the issue persists. Thank you
